Abstract

In light of the rapid transformations taking place in our societies, the urgent need has emerged for the importance of technology, especially digital technology, in confronting a number of leading challenges and keeping pace with the nature of the times. The security issue was one of the most prominent challenges presented because of its impact on the peace and continuity of society, and from here we find ourselves facing a conceptual trinity: security, family, and artificial intelligence. This is what our study will focus on, which aims to highlight the strength of the relationship between the family as a pivotal social institution and the security requirement, which has become more urgent in a very changing world, especially with the increasing pace of the information revolution, which has remarkably changed the pace of social life and affected various features of social structures. In this context, the need has emerged to strengthen the family’s relationship with other social institutions, especially by using modern communication technologies and artificial intelligence software. This will be studied using both analytical and experimental approaches, given that the study focuses on creating an implementable project in order to activate the role of the family in the security issue, and this requires a process of experimentation and reliance on a set of analytical and field readings through observation. We hope from all of this to reach results related to the importance of artificial intelligence and the digital revolution in protecting the family from a number of challenges and even making it an effective partner in confronting these rapid changes. Let us conclude by highlighting the importance of the family’s role in achieving security and the necessity of a serious review of security measures.

في ظل التحولات المتسارعة التي تشهدها مجتمعاتنا، برزت الحاجة الملحة إلى أهمية التكنولوجيا وخاصة الرقمية منها في مواجهة جملة التحديات القائدة ومسايرة طبيعة العصر. فكانت المسألة الأمنية أحد أبرز هذه التحديات المطروحة لما لها من انعكاس على سلمية المجتمع واستمراره، ومن هنا نجد أنفسنا إزاء ثالوث مفاهيمي: الأمن والأسرة والذكاء الاصطناعي. وهذا ما ستختص به دراستنا هذه التي تهدف إلى إبراز متانة العلاقة بين الأسرة كمؤسسة اجتماعية محورية والمطلب الأمني الذي أضحى أكثر الحاحية في عالم شديد التغير، خاصة مع تعاظم وتيرة الثورة المعلوماتية التي غيرت بشكل ملفت وتيرة الحياة الاجتماعية وأثرت في مختلف ملامح البنيات الاجتماعية. في هذا السياق برزت الحاجة إلى تمتين علاقة الأسرة ببقية المؤسسات الاجتماعية خاصة باستخدام تقنيات التواصل الحديثة وبرمجيات الذكاء الاصطناعي. وسيتم دراسة ذلك عبر المنهج التحليلي الكيفي، باعتبار أن الدراسة تركز على ابتكار مشروع قابل للتنفيذ من أجل تفعيل دور الأسرة في المسألة الأمنية وهذا ما يستوجب عملية التجريب والاستناد إلى جملة القراءات التحليلية والميدانية عبر الملاحظة. ونأمل من كل ذلك وصولا إلى نتائج تتصل بأهمية الذكاء الاصطناعي والثورة الرقمية في حماية الأسرة من جملة التحديات بل وجعلها شريكا فاعلا في مجابهة هذه التغيرات المتسارعة. لنخلص إلى ابراز أهمية دور الأسرة في تحقيق الأمن وضرورة مراجعة جدية للتدابير الأمنية.
