السلوك البيئي وعلاقته بمستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى طلبة الكشافة والمرشدات بمدارس محافظة الظاهرة بسلطنة عمان
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing positive and negative environmental behavior and its relationship to the level of social responsibility. This study used a quantitative approach and relied on a questionnaire as a data collection tool. A random sample of 215 male and female students was selected. The results showed that the level of social responsibility among the students in the study sample was high, and that the level of environmental behavior was average among the study sample members. The results also indicated statistically significant differences in the level of social responsibility and the degree of practicing environmental behavior attributed to the gender variable (females). The results revealed a statistically significant positive correlation between environmental behavior and the level of social responsibility. The study presented several recommendations, including the need to enhance environmental awareness and develop positive environmental behavior among students, conduct awareness campaigns on environmental protection issues, establish associations concerned with environmental issues, enhance the role of sports and youth clubs in preserving the environment and reducing practices that affect the ecological balance, and activate the social responsibility of individuals and institutions towards environmental issues.

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة السلوك البيئي (الإيجابي والسلبي) وعلاقته بمستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية. استخدمت هذه الدراسة المنهج الكمي واعتمدت على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بلغ قوامها ( 215 ) طالبا وطالبة، أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى الطلبة عينة الدراسة، مرتفعا، وأن مستوى السلوك البيئي جاء متوسطا لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة، كما أوضحت النتائج إلى وجود فروقا دالة إحصائيا في مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية ودرجة ممارسة السلوك البيئي تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي لصالح الإناث، وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية دالة إحصائيا بين السلوك البيئي ومستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية. وقدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات منها: ضرورة تعزيز الوعي البيئي وتنمية السلوك البيئي الإيجابي لدى الطلبة، واستحداث برامج ومقررات دراسية تعنى بالجوانب البيئية، والقيام بحملات للتوعية بقضايا حماية البيئة، وتأسيس جمعيات تعنى بقضايا البيئة وطرح مسابقات وتخصيص جوائز للمبادرات البيئية الفاعلة، وتعزيز دور الأندية الرياضية والشبابية للحفاظ على البيئة والحد من الممارسات المؤثرة على التوازن البيئي، وضرورة تفعيل المسؤولية الاجتماعية للأفراد والمؤسسات تجاه قضايا البيئة.
